2017: LWPP Produces Films on Demining & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Working with the Libyan Military Engineering Unit and local activists, LWPP produces a documentary film about landmines entitled "The Hidden Enemy."

The film, officially screened in Benghazi on 25 Sept. 2017, highlights the deadly situation in Benghazi's residential neighborhoods because of landmines explosive remnants of war. The film was shown on the satellite channel "Libya's Channel."

On the 21st of October, LWPP released the trailer for the second documentary, "The Symphony of Death: A Tale of a City Besieged by Land Mines," which highlights individual, social and economic long-term effects of landmines.
